The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held in the Upstairs room of the Willow tree pub ( formerly the Black Bitch) on Tuesday the 17th November 2026 at 7.00pm for a 7.30 start.
The club awards are presented at the AGM, Recipients are requested to attend.
Any proposals a member wished discussed at the AGM must be submitted to the secretary at least 14 days prior to the date of the AGM.
